Building
- This portal, in public. Three languages, static over a database, $12 a month.
- A local-first GenAI portfolio on my own hardware: RAG, structured extraction, tool use.
- Product work that is not ready to be talked about yet. It gets a page when it ships.
Filming
- The first battery: five videos before launch, three published on day zero.
- Recording on a Fedora VM so the environment is reproducible and nothing personal leaks on screen.
Testing
- Qwen 2.5 Coder 14B on an RTX 3060, 12GB. The real limit is context, not tokens per second.
- Whether a local model can carry the boring 80% of a task without a dollar of API spend.
Not doing
- Community, app, games channel, paid membership. All of it is on the roadmap and none of it is now.
- Selling anything. There are no case studies yet, and a services page without cases reads as empty.
